Bio: Linda Reflsand

Ms. Refsland is the Director of the Basic Skills Program at William Paterson University, which provides curriculum and assistance for students entering the University with developmental coursework needs. Prior to that, she was the Director of the College Assistance Program at Iona College, a comprehensive support program for students with learning disabilities. Her Master's degree is in Counseling Psychology and she has worked with at-risk and students with learning disabilities in a variety of settings for the past 14 years.  Linda has also presented in the areas of assessment and program evaluation and worked with state, and educational agencies on issues of college readiness, program evaluation and assessment.
